Selling Time Share Property – The Weak Buyer

It goes without saying that you can not sell a property if someone is not willing to purchase it. And, of course, no one is going to inquirer about the sale of a piece of property unless you advertise the sale. Of course, if you are selling time share property and place an advertisement in a newspaper you also run the risk of a number of less than honest people who will ask to see the property or want more information. But, at the same time, these people have zero interest in actually buying the property. In a way, this would seem like a cruel way to waste a seller's time but there will never be a short supply of such people out there. This is why it is important to spot them and brush them aside with little wasted time and effort.

Although it is usually not a wise idea to stereotype, the potential buyer who comes off as far too "happy" to purchase is often the type of buyer who never actually buys anything in the first place. One does not have to have a Master of the Arts in Psychology to understand the motivation behind people who seemingly enjoy taking to salesman while never having the intention to purchase. To put it bluntly, they do so because they are bored. By having a salesman chase them to make a purchase it can help them kill a little time and it also strokes a certain part of their ego as they are made to feel important as people are chasing them for their money. So, if the person comes off as a little to eager to purchase it is best to pin them down for a purchase as soon as possible so as to eliminate dragging out any wasted time trying to sell to someone who never had the intention of buying in the first place.
